Conference entitled “Hochwasserschutz heute”

The conference entitled “Hochwasserschutz heute” (Modern flood preparedness), which was held on August 28, 2014, was a resounding success. Various vendors presented their products at an exhibition that was held as part of the conference, and via live presentations that were the high point of the afternoon session of the conference. The Swiss army’s practice pond is the ideal platform for such presentations, particularly as it’s the most modern and best practice and testing pond available. The event was sponsored by VKF/AEAI (German acronym for “Federation of Cantonal Building Insurance Providers”).
